David Vance
Church Planter & Pastor
David moved to the New River Valley in 2003 with his wife Catriona to start a new church plant. Over the past 20 years that church has grown and taken root in the community. He is committed to biblical preaching and faithful shepherding, and is excited to see God's kingdom grow in Radford through this new church plant.
Jeff Mitchell
Ruling Elder
Jeff has served faithfully as a ruling elder at Redeemer for over 5 years. He continues to work in IT at Virginia Tech while completing his studies for his Master of Divinity.
Governance
As a Presbyterian church, we are governed by a plurality of elders. At present, Redeemer Radford meets as a second service of Redeemer ARP Church in Christiansburg, VA. The elders of Redeemer ARP Christiansburg currently serve as our session, providing accountability and wise guidance as we grow. Our long-term vision is to develop into a church plant of the Virginia Presbytery and, in God's providence, to be established as a particular ARP church serving the city of Radford.
